Diese Reihe von Signatory umfasst verschiedene Single Malt Scotch Whiskys, die mit einer Alkoholstärke von 46% vol. abgefüllt werden. Dadurch, dass die Whiskys nicht kühlfiltriert werden, bleiben Fette und Öle im Whisky enthalten, die sonst bei einer Kältefiltration entzogen werden würden. Das Geschmacksprofil des Whiskys ist somit vielfältiger.
Bei dieser Abfüllung handelt es sich um einen Ben Nevis, der 7 Jahre in zwei Hogshead reifte.

This range of Signatory includes a variety of single malt Scotch whiskys, with an alcoholic strength of 46% vol. be bottled. The fact that the whiskys are not filtered cold, fats and oils contained in the whisky, which would otherwise be withdrawn in a cold filtration. The taste profile of the whisky is thus more diverse.
This bottling is a Ben Nevis that matured for 9 years in two Hogsheads.
