Ein Single Malt Whisky gereift im Ex-Bourbon Cask, finished in Islay Quarter Casks. Eine feine, malzige Süße, ein Hauch Vanille und das Aroma reifer, gelber Früchte werden von trockenen, leicht salzigen Torf- und Rauchnoten umfasst. Voluminös, kraftvoll und langanhaltend. Der fünfte Peated Malt aus unserer Destille. Gebrannt aus einer explizit nach unseren Vorgaben getorften Bierwürze, ist die Peated Edition No. 5 ein Single Malt mit ausgeprägtem Charakter und spannenden Aromen.
Keynotes: feine, malzige Süße, Vanille, reife gelbe Früchte
Charakter: trockene, leicht salzige Torf- und Rauchnoten

Bourbon Cask | Islay Quarter Casks finish
A single malt whiskey matured in the Ex-Bourbon Cask, finished in Islay Quarter Casks. A fine, malty sweetness, a hint of vanilla and the aroma of ripe, yellow fruits are embraced by dry, slightly salty peat and smoke notes. Voluminous, powerful and long-lasting. The fifth peated malt from our still. Distilled from a beer wort explicitly peated according to our specifications, the Peated Edition No. 5 a single malt with a distinctive character and exciting aromas.
Keynotes: fine, malty sweetness, vanilla, ripe yellow fruits
