Der aus dem vollständig fermentierten Saft der Rebsorte Palomino hergestellte Wein hat eine besondere Struktur und wird von Anfang an oxidiert (ohne schützenden Blütenschleier und nur direkte Oxidation), wobei bis zu 18% Weinalkohol zugesetzt werden
Bernstein- und Mahagonifarbe mit intensivem Walnussbouquet. Vollmundig, strukturiert, vollmundig mit tiefer Nase. Hoher Gehalt an Glycerinen. Sehr gut getrunken mit rotem Fleisch und Wild, Geflügel, Eintöpfen, Pilzen und Wurstwaren. Zwischen 13 und 14 Grad Celsius servieren.

Produced from the totally fermented juice of the Palomino grape variety, for the wine is special structure, it undergoes an oxidising stage (without any protective flower veil and just direct oxidisation) right from the beginning, with the addition of vinous alcohol up to 18%
Amber and mahogany colour with intense walnut bouquet. Full flavoured, structured, full bodied with profound nose. High content of glycerines. Very good drunk with red meats and game, poultry, stews, mushrooms and cured cheeses. Serve between 13 & 14º Centigrade.
